Summer is Heating Up As Lobster Season Begins

August 6th marks the first day of the regular lobster season and if you are not here already, you are missing one of the biggest events of the year. Lobster are bigger this year than they have been in the past and may be a little trickier to catch but the weather and water conditions will not disappoint you. Most restaurants will cook your catch or you can just throw them on the grill with a little butter and garlic and enjoy. Don’t miss the annual Lobster Fest in downtown Key West this weekend August 10-12 for live music, cold drinks and of course, fresh lobster.
